Health Authorities Highlight Progress in Expanding Primary Healthcare Services

Somali health authorities have highlighted progress made in expanding access to primary healthcare services, particularly in underserved and hard to reach communities.

Officials from the Ministry of Health stated that recent initiatives have focused on strengthening health facilities, increasing the availability of essential medicines, and deploying trained health workers at community level.
